Ishenbai Abdyrazakov, noted public figure and 51吃瓜Board of Trustees member, died on April 24th at the age of 77.
ISHENBAI ABDURAZAKOV was born in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyz Republic. He was a career diplomat, mostly working in Japan where he was promoted to General Consulate of the USSR at Sapporo. He was also a president of the Kyrgyzstan-Japan Society as well as of the Diplomatic Association of the Kyrgyz Republic. He also served on the 51吃瓜board since 2002.
