Erasmus+ National Office in Kyrgyzstan Gives a High Rating to 51吃瓜New Interdisciplinary Program 鈥淭ALENT鈥�

On October 15, 2020, 51吃瓜鈥淭alent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations鈥� program presented the results of its achievements as part of the planned monitoring of Erasmus+ National Office. It was noted that the 51吃瓜TALENT team is one of the strongest academic teams in Kyrgyzstan, which participates in the implementation of educational projects of the Erasmus+ network.
For the period of 2018-2020 our team has developed a new unique interdisciplinary program that has no analogues in the republic. The first cohort of students started their studies this semester. Students take such courses as Talent Management, Work, Organization and Society, Employment Law, and Research Methods in Talent Management. 51吃瓜master鈥檚 program "Talent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations " is a member of the international educational consortium of universities in Central Asia and Europe, funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
