The Economics Department of 51吃瓜and Crossroads Central Asia, an independent research institute, are pleased to invite you to the presentation of the results of a study on 鈥淔irms, Kinship and Economic Growth in the Kyrgyz Republic鈥�.听The research addressed the question of whether kinship networks help promote entrepreneurship or impede its development in Kyrgyzstan.听

A new initiative at 51吃瓜this semester, has drawn an audience of students from across the university to participate in creative exercises and hear from professionals about their writing experience. The club is a joint effort of the Academic Advising Center and the Writing & Academic Resource Center (WARC), which also offers writing tutoring.

Prof. Salvija Mulevi膷ien臈 lectured graduate and undergraduate students of 51吃瓜on The Modernization of EU Insolvency Law topic between November 25-29. 听She also introduced students to the Dual Degree opportunity with Mykolas Romeris University.

The 2023 51吃瓜 announces the Stream talent contest among high school students of Kyrgyzstan for winning a full scholarship to study at AUCA.听

Fourth BAC Meeting gathered officials from the British Embassy of Bishkek, and the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic,President of 51吃瓜and Vice-President for Academic Affairs of AUCA, the leaders of corporate, small and medium enterprise community of Kyrgyzstan as well as faculty and staff of SEBA.

On November 19, Edil Baysailov, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United Kingdom was received by Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. The news was published on the official social networks of the Royal family. The meeting took place at Buckingham Palace.

Ms. Iliana Zazueta Cultural/Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul and her colleague Mr. Reda Mohamed Ayadi met听with Afghan students and the University Administration.听

On November 22, 2019, Prof. Yves Cohen, a famous historian from the School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (脡cole des Hautes 脡tudes en Sciences Sociales) in Paris, will give an open lecture at AUCA
