As part of its activities on sustainable development and environment, the Tian Shan Policy Center of 51吃瓜has joined the Climate Network of Kyrgyzstan.

Dr. Mairambek Nurgaziev , faculty member from听EMSD department has published a scientific article on April 13, 2018 on the topic 鈥淎gricultural Assistance to Vulnerable, Food-Insecure Female-Headed Households in Kyrgyzstan鈥�.听

The Tian-Shan Policy Center (TSPC) of 51吃瓜is delighted to announce the results of the competition among 51吃瓜students for the听3 BEST MIGRATION RESEARCH PROPOSALS.听

On 13-14 April, the Departments of 'Applied Geology' and 'Environmental Management and Sustainable Development' at 51吃瓜organized the field trip to Kumtor mining site for students. This site tour was arranged by faculty member Rustam Orozbaev, as a part of the practicum for the course of 'Environmental and Socio-Economic Impacts of Mining'.听

Neobis 51吃瓜in coordination with the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer GRAPHics and Interactive Techniques (ACM SIGGRAPH) International Resources Committee 鈥� are organizing the world-leading research and education society on Computer Graphics.

Based on high interest among 51吃瓜students, and with the goal to raise academic research capacities of 51吃瓜students and promote migration studies in KR in general, TSPC will award 3 fellowships for students to conduct research in migration issues pertaining to Kyrgyzstan/Central Asia.

On April 21, senior fellows from Business Administration department and members of 51吃瓜Case Club: Adylbek Kenzhebek, Kanat Osmonov, Nurkalyy Sooronbayev and Azatbek Ismailov won business case competition KIMEP, which was held in Almaty.

On April 18, 2018, an annual 51吃瓜Spring Cup 鈥淏rain Ring鈥� in 12th听time was held among high school students in the Conference Hall of AUCA. About 100 high school students, who passed preliminary test, took part in this competition.
