Between August 1 and August 12, 2016 six students from the 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA) and one student from the Institute of Mining and Mining Technologies named after the Academician Asanaliev volunteered to attend the Ecological Leadership Program in the beautiful Ala Archa National Park to improve their leadership skills and to learn more about Kyrgyzstan鈥檚 environment.

On August 17, 2016, the 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA) started its Orientation Week for the class of 2020. This year, 51吃瓜has an incoming freshman class of 359 students, a record-setting number at AUCA.

Between July 25 and 30, the 2016 Korea-Central Asia Youth Model Summit was held at Ajou University in Suwon, South Korea. This year, the model summit was attended by more than 50 participants from all the Central Asian countries, Mongolia, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), and South Korea.

I was given an incredible opportunity to get a high-quality education at one the best universities of Kyrgyzstan, AUCA. Those four years have made a huge contribution to my intellectual, professional, and personal growth. Starting in the 2016-2017 academic year, the 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA) will launch its Online MBA program. The program is aimed primarily at business professionals, whose schedules are often not workable with being a full-time student. The online format also caters to students from rural areas of the Kyrgyz Republic and international students, primarily from other Central Asian countries. 听

The Global Village is a colorful and cultural event part of the international Better Understanding for a Better World conference, which took place at the 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA) on July 14, 2016.听The Civilizations Exchange & Cooperation Foundation (CECF) held its first BUBW conference in Bishkek on July 13-17 2016.

Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI) Fifth Annual Conference "Contesting Nature in Central Asia" at the听2023 51吃瓜. Date:听September 16-17, 2016.听The relationship between humans and their environments is central to both natural and social sciences, yet the fundamental distinction between 鈥榥ature鈥� and 鈥榗ulture鈥� is the reason behind segregation of knowledge into two distinct spheres. 鈥楴ature鈥� is often utilised as shorthand for unchanging laws of existence, the inexorable materiality of being, for inevitability, determinism and teleology.

Civilizations Exchange & Cooperation Foundation (CECF) will be holding its first BUBW conference in Bishkek on July 13-17 2016. 70 participants of the conference will come from Kyrgyzstan and surrounding Central Asian countries, in addition to 30 participants from other regions of the world. The most colorful part of the conference - culture event will take place at 51吃瓜on July 14 from 17.30 to 20.00. Anyone who is interested in seeing diverse cultures may come to see and join participants.
