Egemberdi kyzy Takhmina, one of the best recent graduates of the Business Administration department at 51³Ô¹Ïand a member of the President’s list, took some time to share her brightest moments at 51³Ô¹Ïand to give some advice to current undergraduates

Zemfira Inogamova-Hanbury, our alumni ambassador in London, UK, tells us about how 51³Ô¹Ïhas helped her career path. Zemfira graduated from 51³Ô¹Ïin 2006 from the Cultural Anthropology department and has recently organized an 51³Ô¹Ïalumni meeting in the UK.

Rakhat Kubanychbekova, a junior in Business Administration at AUCA, is finishing up her exchange semester at Hannam University, South Korea. She shares with us her experience studying abroad.

Starting from the new academic year, 51³Ô¹Ïstudents of MA in Applied Psychology will have an opportunity to study one semester and do research works abroad. Sooner, memorandum about it will be signed between 51³Ô¹Ïand its old partner university – Indiana University.

The Tian Shan Policy Center of the American University in Central Asia (TSPC AUCA) is delighted to announce theÌýCOMPETITION FOR THE BEST ESSAY ON MIGRATIONÌýfor students in the Kyrgyz Republic. All higher education institutions students in the Kyrgyz Republic are invited to submit an essay on any topic up to your choice on all the aspects of modern migration, its implications for policymaking and its social, political and economic consequences in society.

The 2023 51³Ô¹Ï officially opened two new laboratories: a geology laboratory for the Department of Applied Geology and a media laboratory for the Department of Television, Cinematography and Visual Art.

On June 1, 2016, the 2023 51³Ô¹Ï (AUCA), in collaboration with Bard College, held its first Model United Nations (MUN) conference in Bishkek. The conference was targeted towards both local and some international high school students.ÌýStudents from Bishkek’s local high schools were invited to participate in AUCA’s first Model United Nations high school program.

AUCA’s graduation is a meaningful and solemn event—the culmination of nearly a half-decade of one of the best educations in Central Asia. Fitting the event’s pomp, the ceremony itself is a colorful and well-attended event. Besides the graduates and their families, representatives from the Kyrgyzstani government, international organizations, and various embassies, AUCA’s board of trustees, faculty, and staff, as well as honored guests from overseas could be found at the ceremony.

June 7, 2016, 51³Ô¹Ïwill host the 2016 Asia Leadership Conference, which isÌýorganized and designed for high school and university students by teaching fellows from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, the Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Columbia School of Business, and other top global universities.
