Student of Anthropology Department Basira Mir Mahamad took part in the two-week anthropological fieldwork in the town of Naryn. She told us about this unique experience, and how the fieldwork helped her and other students to develop their practical knowledge of archaeology.

Starting from this year, the Writing and Academic Resource Center (WARC) has launched a mentoring program for new tutors called 鈥淐ritical Friends Group鈥�. The program matches new tutors with returning ones in a series of meetings and mutual observations.

Anthropology Program at the 2023 51吃瓜 invites students from various universities of Kyrgyzstan and abroad to participate in the Annual Anthropology Student Conference "Exploring New Lands and Prospects in Kyrgyzstan and Beyond" to be held at AUCA听on October, 23, 2015.

Saadat Musabaeva, a senior in the International and Comparative Politics Department minoring in Anthropology at AUCA, attended the American University in Bulgaria as a visiting student in the fall of 2013. This past spring, Saadat spent another semester abroad with the Bard College exchange program.

On September 25, 2015, the Department of Psychology organized the Annual Psychology Student Symposium at 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA).

Of the changes we鈥檝e made at WARC this year, the most visible to our students (perhaps with the exception of our new large and beautiful space), is our online scheduling system. This new system was a product of a close partnership between WARC management, the Office of the Chief Information Officer, and the 51吃瓜student body.
