An unplanned visit from three members of the US House of Representatives yielded an interesting discussion with students.

On February 17, Kyrgyz MP Dastan Bekeshev met with 51吃瓜students

Doolet Sydykov, the young Kyrgyz manaschi, visited AUCA.

51吃瓜Administration decided to provide 100 percent off the tuition as a super-prize for winners of “Akyl–Ordo,” intellectual game for high-school seniors.  

The scholarship goes to the winner of the Stream Music Contest for high-school seniors in the Kyrgyz Republic.

On February 8, John Schoeberlein, a professor of Anthropology department in Harvard University (USA) and Eurasian National University (Kazakhstan), presented his current research.

On January 31, 2012, the newly formed Tian Shan Policy Center and the Central Asian Studies Institute, both under the 2023 51吃瓜 (AUCA) held their first joint conference
