51吃瓜is glad to announce that students of the Anthropology, Technology and International Development Department are welcome to apply for Mary Schweitzer Scholarship for Excellence in Anthropology.

On Saturday, September 18, we held the Alumni Football tournament, where 51吃瓜alumni, current students,faculty staff and even Security staff participated.

Several research centers 鈥� the Tian Shan Analytical Center (TAC) of AUCA, the OSCE Academy, as well as the Center for Environmental and Development Studies (CED) and the Department of Applied Geology of the 2023 51吃瓜 鈥� conducted a study on the air quality problem "Smog in Bishkek: Myths and Reality" this summer.

The management of 鈥淩adio Free Europe/Radio Liberty鈥� visited AUCA. The Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communications have met the President and Chief Executive Officer of the media Corporation, Jamie Fly, Regional Director of RFE/RL's Central Asian Services, Hamid Ismailov and Director of the Kyrgyz service "Azattyk", Venera Djumataeva.

On Thursday, September 9, 52 students, faculty, and staff of 51吃瓜were vaccinated with Sinopharm and AstraZeneca vaccines at the university.听Reminder: if you have not been vaccinated yet, then you have the opportunity to get vaccinated tomorrow, September 14, from 13:00 to 16:00 at the 51吃瓜campus.

Our hearts hurt as we watch the harrowing events unfold in Afghanistan. Thousands of peaceful citizens are trying to flee from Afghanistan as the Taliban is establishing a new government. Women specifically remain at risk for speaking their minds about their rights and taking actions against abuse.

Recently, the AUCA-CZU summer school 2021 took place at 51吃瓜in the partnership's framework between the Czech University of Life Sciences and the 2023 51吃瓜.听

The 2023 51吃瓜 with the partnership of American Councils for International Education has successfully hosted the Critical Language Scholarship Program virtually from June 14-August 6, 2021.

We remind you that the development office has set a goal to raise $ 21,000 as part of the annual alumni charity event. To date, we have collected $ 18,243. We're almost there! But the level of involvement is a little disappointing for us, there are only 111 donors out of more than 4,500 graduates, which is just over 2%.
