WHEN EMPLOYED

听

When being employed for the first time, in order to get medical clearance to work, it is required that you:

听

Get fluorography, at FMC at the place of residence or at a private medical center
听

Submit to a blood test for syphilis (microprecipitation test or RW blood test), at FMC at the place of residence or at a private laboratory
听 Buy a medical book ()

听

Now with the results of fluorography, and blood tests for syphilis, taking the medical book with you, make the next steps:

Have a medical examination at FMC #8 (the former FCM #15), to which 51吃瓜is geographically attached.

FMC # 8 address: 6 microdistrict, house 1, room 37 (medical examination room).
听

Give your medical book to the Medical Service Office for safekeeping.

WHEN RE-EMPLOYED

When being re-employed, in order to get medical clearance to work it is required to:

  1. get fluorography,
  2. get a medical clearance.

听

Options for getting fluorography and obtaining a medical clearance:

  1. AT AUCA:

51吃瓜arranges annual fluorography for staff and students (on 51吃瓜premises).听 In case you get fluorography within this campaign, other steps for completing a medical examination and getting medical clearance are carried out in 51吃瓜and at AUCA's expense.

Information about the arrangement of fluorography is sent by e-mail (@auca.kg). More details about the regular fluorography of staff are below.

  1. Outside AUCA:

If a staff member misses fluorography arranged by AUCA, he/she is required to:

  • Get fluorography (at FMC at the place of residence or at a private medical center at his/her own expense)
  • Pick up his/her medical book () at 51吃瓜Medical Service Office and take his/her medical book and the result of his/her fluorography,
  • Complete the medical examination at FMC # 8 (the former FMC # 15), to which 51吃瓜is geographically attached (at his/her own expense).

FMC # 8 address: 6 microdistrict, house 1, room 37 (medical examination room).

  • Return his/her medical book to 51吃瓜Medical Service Office for safekeeping.

REGULAR FLUOROGRAPHY

Each year, in September, or within other deadlines established by 51吃瓜order, all 51吃瓜staff members and students must get fluorography arranged by AUCA.听

In case an 51吃瓜staff member or a student misses fluorography arranged by AUCA, he or shall get fluorography on his/her own within 1 week and submit to the Medical Service Office a report/certificate by the relevant medical specialist with the results of the examination. 51吃瓜has the right to apply administrative measures to those who violate this rule.
